More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Also included in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
